SUPER SOMERSET SEASIDE ESCAPE ~ 2026

Day 1: 
Travel to Weston-Super-Mare for 4 night stay.
 
Day 2: 
Enjoy a nostalgic steam train ride from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead through the glorious Somerset countryside on the West Somerset Railway, the longest steam heritage railway. Spend some time to explore the popular seaside resort of Minehead before continuing to the unique medieval village of Dunster, which has over 200 listed buildings and an impressive castle.
                          
Day 3: 
Head to Oakham Treasures for a trip down memory lane with it’s and unique collection of memorabilia. Continue to the iconic scenery of dramatic Cheddar Gorge. Enjoy a final stop at England’s smallest city of Wells, with it’s stunning cathedral and Bishop’s Palace set around the ancient market place.
 
Day 4: 
Enjoy a free day to explore the coastal resort of Weston-Super-Mare. Your seafront hotel is located close to the famous Grand Pier, so why not try an afternoon tea at Tiffany’s at the end of the pier. There is so much to do in the resort from it’s long sandy beaches to the world’s largest helicopter museum, along with plenty of pubs and eateries.

Day 5:
After Breakfast sadly it’s time to head for home.
